Why it goes after fine dust
The principles that set it apart from a sweeper, and what we look at during the demonstration.
Two turbines, three power levels
Where the MT1 pushes dust with a fan, the MT1 Vac really vacuums: two vacuum turbines, adjustable to 6, 10 or 17 kPa. The high setting pulls dust out of carpet fibres.
A filter chosen for the site
The standard H11 filter traps fine particles; the optional H13 is the choice where air quality matters: healthcare, light clean areas, allergen-sensitive zones. We choose it with you at the demonstration.
Debris on one side, dust on the other
Debris drops into a 6 L bin, fine dust goes into two 7 L bags. The bags close and are thrown away with no dust cloud, a real criterion in a hotel or a clinic.
It recognises carpet
It tells carpet from hard floor in real time and adapts its setting: one round for a tiled lobby, a carpeted corridor and a meeting room, with no reconfiguration.
It goes under furniture
At 49 cm high, it passes under any furniture with 52 cm of clearance: lobby sofas, coffee tables, shelf bottoms. That is where dust builds up.
A reduced mode for daytime
In reduced mode it drops below 65 dB(A): it can vacuum a hotel corridor or an office floor during occupied hours, in time slots we set with you.

Bags, not hand emptying
Bags are changed after about ten cycles depending on soiling, and the debris bin is emptied in seconds. No step puts dust back into the air.
A filter to watch
The H11 filter is changed every 1 to 2 months: it is the part that guarantees the quality of the exhaust air. In our offer, it is one of the included consumables.
No water, ever
The MT1 Vac must not pick up liquid: wet areas (entrances on rainy days, washrooms) are left off its map or handled by a scrubber-dryer.
Six operational questions
Does it change floors?
It can optionally connect to lifts, with a control compatible with the major brands (KONE, OTIS, Schindler, Mitsubishi) or a unit fitted by your lift company. Ideal for working through the floors of a hotel.
Room doors and exits?
Virtual walls and no-go zones keep it out of guest rooms, emergency exits and technical areas. Automatic doors are opened by a wireless module.
Which carpet?
The low-pile and loop carpets of hotels and offices. Daily robotic vacuuming does not replace periodic hot-water extraction, which still needs scheduling.
Stairs and mezzanines?
No-go zones on the map and depth sensors that detect a step: stairs are excluded, with physical markers as back-up if needed.
And large debris?
Its 6 L bin is made for small debris. In a warehouse loaded with packaging, the MT1 and its 35 L bin go first.
A dusty warehouse?
Yes, where fine dust is a product or health issue: the optional H13 filter traps the finest particles.

Understanding the PUDU MT1 Vac
Cleaning robotics has a blind spot: carpet. Scrubber-dryers have multiplied for hard floors, while the carpets of hotels, lounges and executive floors have gone on being vacuumed by hand. Launched in mid-2025, the MT1 Vac fills exactly that blind spot: deep-cleaning carpet as thoroughly as hard floor, and doing it on its own.

Three dry operations in a single cycle
The MT1 Vac is a dry cleaning robot: no water, no detergent. It sweeps first, catching larger debris with its side brushes; then it vacuums, with a twin-turbine architecture that pulls fine dust out of the fibres; and it finishes with a dry-wipe dusting pass that captures the remaining micro-particles. Three tools that are normally used separately, condensed into one autonomous cycle.
Its H11 filtration, with an optional HEPA H13 filter, retains fine particles and allergens: a decisive criterion in premises that receive the public around the clock, where air quality matters as much as visible cleanliness.
A size that fits under furniture
At 49 cm tall and 75 kilos, it slides under any furniture with 52 cm of clearance: lobby sofas, coffee tables, console tables, the places where dust accumulates indefinitely. Its 55 cm vacuuming width extends to 70 cm with the brushes deployed, and it threads through passages 75 cm wide.
It recognises the floor type and adapts its behaviour in real time between hard floors and carpet: the same run takes in a tiled lobby, a carpeted corridor and a lounge, with no reconfiguration.
Its home ground: large carpeted or mixed spaces
Hotels and their floor corridors, lounges and seminar rooms, large open-plan offices, cinemas, conference centres, waiting areas: extensive environments, sensitive to air quality, operating almost without interruption, where daily manual vacuuming is the most repetitive labour item.
It is also the bridge in the range between sweeping and vacuuming: when fine dust matters as much as debris, the MT1 Vac is the single-pass answer.
Points to watch, and how our service covers them
The MT1 Vac does not scrub: stuck-on soiling and marks call for scrubbing, and therefore for a scrubber-dryer alongside it. Its 6 litre bin and two 7 litre bags are managed at a rate that depends on how quickly the site soils. The model was launched in mid-2025: field experience is still being built up.
At the demonstration, we map your floor areas by covering and define the split between vacuuming and scrubbing at the right frequencies. Bin and bag management, maintenance and the 72-hour continuity guarantee are part of the service.
