The full-service contract

The full-service contract

One monthly fee per robot. The machine, the maintenance, the parts, the consumables, the software updates and a replacement robot if one breaks down. No equipment to look after, and no capital tied up.

This is the offer we lead with, and here is why. We stay the owner of the equipment: a breakdown, a worn part, a setting that was never quite right, all of that costs us, not you. Our interest is therefore exactly yours, that the robot runs. No other arrangement creates that alignment.

One monthly fee All inclusive per robot, priced after the demonstration
Nothing to pay up front on signature
72 h to replace a robot that has broken down

The exact figure depends on the model chosen, the floor area to cover and the number of daily runs. It is settled after the demonstration, once the machine has been decided.

What the monthly fee covers

  • The robot delivered, mapped and configured zone by zone on your site.
  • The docking station and the filling point where the layout calls for one.
  • Preventive maintenance visits planned around how hard the machine is actually worked.
  • Wear parts brushes, squeegees and filters, at the rate your floors demand.
  • Consumables brushes, squeegees and filters, replaced as they are used up.
  • Software updates applied without anything for you to do.
  • Repairs on-site attendance, with nothing extra to invoice.
  • Continuity a replacement robot within 72 working hours if a breakdown stops the machine.

What stays with you

  • Electricity around 700 W while a cleaning cycle is running.
  • Water for the models that scrub, with automatic filling where the layout allows it.
  • A home for the machine a socket and a spot for the docking station, nothing more.
  • Cleaning products we tell you which ones suit your floor coverings, and you buy them from your usual supplier.
Step by step

How it works

  1. 1

    The on-site demonstration

We bring the machine to you, on your floors, with your soil and your time constraints. That is where the model gets decided, and not before. The demonstration is free and commits you to nothing.

  2. 2

    The quotation

Monthly fee, term, cleaning scope. One figure, with no extra lines underneath it.

  3. 3

    Commissioning

Delivery, site mapping, zoning, and setting the running times sector by sector. Allow half a day on a standard site.

  4. 4

    Training

Allow anything from half a day to two days for your cleaning operatives, depending on the size of the site. No technical background is needed: the machine arrives with its programme already set.

  5. 5

    Day-to-day running

The robot does its rounds. You get the run reports: area covered, time taken, zones cleaned. We monitor wear remotely and step in before a breakdown.

What the monthly fee absorbs

The risks that stay with us

A cleaning robot carries four risks. On a full-service contract none of the four reaches you: the monthly fee covers them all.

Breakdown

Downtime costs you nothing

We attend within 24 working hours, and a replacement robot arrives within 72 if the repair takes longer. Your floors carry on being cleaned in the meantime.

Wear

Parts and consumables included

Brushes, squeegees, batteries and filters are all in the monthly fee. Only your cleaning products stay on your budget, exactly as they are today.

Obsolescence

The machine does not age on your balance sheet

The fleet is renewed on our side. You carry neither the depreciation nor the problem of reselling a specialised machine.

A site that changes

The robot follows your floor area

Floor area grows, a covering changes, a site closes: the model is swapped for the one that fits, with nothing to buy out.

This is not the only workable model. If you have a capital budget and your operation is stable, the same machines are available to buy. See purchase with a maintenance contract →

Frequently asked questions

What buyers ask us before signing

What happens if the robot breaks down?

We attend, and if the machine stays out of action a replacement robot is put in place within 72 working hours. That is a contractual commitment, not a statement of intent. Nothing extra is invoiced to you.

Does the monthly fee go up during the contract?

No. The amount is fixed on signature for the whole term of the contract. Price rises on parts or consumables are ours to absorb.

What exactly does "all inclusive" cover?

The robot, its docking station, commissioning, training for your teams, preventive servicing, wear parts, consumables, software updates, repairs and a replacement machine if a breakdown stops the robot. All that stays with you is the electricity and the water.

Can we change model during the contract?

Yes. If your floor area changes or a covering is replaced, we swap the machine for the model that suits. That is one of the points of renting: the equipment follows your operation.

How long is the commitment?

The service contract runs from 24 to 60 months depending on the configuration, and is renewable. The term is set against your operating horizon and agreed when the quotation is issued.

Can we buy the robot at the end of the contract?

Yes, at a value calculated on the term already served. Moving to purchase part-way through the contract is possible too.

We settle on the right robot during the demonstration

We look at your floors, decide on the machine, and price both options.
