How we process your personal data, and how to exercise your rights.

1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected on easytoclean.co is Caeterra (SAS), 17 boulevard de Strasbourg, 62000 Arras. For any question about your data, contact us through the contact page.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you send us through our forms (contact, demonstration request, quotation, estimate): title, surname, first name, job title, company, email address, telephone number, together with the information about your site (floor areas, floor types, constraints) needed to assess your requirement.
We also collect browsing data for analytics purposes, under the conditions set out in our cookie policy.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests (audit, quotation, contact): steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract;
- Managing the commercial relationship and the service: performance of the contract or legitimate interest;
- Measuring the audience of the website: your consent, obtained through the cookie banner;
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
4. Recipients
Your data is intended for the Easy to Clean teams handling your request. It may be processed by our technical suppliers acting as processors within the meaning of the GDPR, in particular our hosting provider (Infomaniak, Switzerland, a country recognised as adequate by the European Commission), our forms tool and our analytics tools. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention periods
- Prospect data and requests that do not proceed: up to 3 years from the last contact;
- Customer data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in line with legal obligations;
- Browsing data: for the periods stated in the cookie policy.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés"), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability in respect of your data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your death.
You may exercise these rights by contacting us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
