PUDU BG1 Pro
The BG1 for very large sites: 3D perception and a self-propelled mode for complex environments.
What it brings to your floors
Designed for very large sites, with a self-propelled mode
Airports, shopping centres, hotel complexes. The self-propelled mode lets an operative reposition the machine, map quickly or respond to an urgent spill, outside the autonomous cycle.
Stable mapping in complex environments
3D LiDAR fused with VSLAM for reliable localisation, even under high ceilings, in low light or in heavy foot traffic.
The same sweep-and-scrub cleaning, at large scale
Integrated sweep-and-scrub module, dosing to the millilitre and an extendable edge brush, as on the BG1, sized for the largest sites.
- Multi-machine fleet management
- Lift and gate integration

This model, rented or purchased
All-inclusive rental
A single monthly fee. The robot, maintenance, parts, consumables, updates and replacement within 72 hours if a breakdown takes it out of service.
- No deposit, no capital tied up
- An operating expense, off balance sheet
- Swap the model if your floor areas change
Purchase + maintenance contract
The robot goes on your balance sheet. The maintenance contract that comes with it, which is mandatory, covers preventive servicing, wear parts and software updates.
- A fixed asset depreciated over 4 to 5 years
- The equipment is yours to use as you see fit
- Quotation issued after the demonstration
The demonstration, set-up, training and maintenance are identical in both cases. Compare the two models criterion by criterion →
The same logic, two sizes of site
Retail, logistics, manufacturing, transport hubs.
- Sweeping + scrubbing in a single pass
- Extendable edge brush
- Automatic dosing to the ml
- All-in-one docking station
Airports, shopping centres, hotel complexes.
- Everything in the BG1, plus:
- Self-propelled mode (repositioning)
- Runtime up to 7.5 h
- Enhanced 3D perception and fleet management

Understanding the PUDU BG1 Pro
The BG1 Pro is the range's most ambitious floor-cleaning machine: the same single-pass sweep-and-scrub architecture as the BG1, fitted with full 3D perception (3D LiDAR, 3D visual navigation, dual-chip computing) and a logic the manufacturer calls AI Magic Cleaning: real-time detection of soiling, with strategy, detergent dosing and brush pressure continuously recalculated according to the state of the floor.

A machine that understands its surroundings
The BG1 Pro does not simply follow a recorded route: it fuses 3D LiDAR and vision to localise itself robustly in high-ceilinged halls, at night or in visually cluttered environments, and adapts its behaviour to what it perceives. The roller collects the waste, the brush scrubs, the squeegee picks up the water: the floor comes out clean and dry behind a single pass.
In targeted mode, the manufacturer states up to 6,000 m²/h: the robot concentrates its effort on the dirty areas it has detected instead of covering everything uniformly. On very large floor areas, it is this prioritisation logic that makes the economic difference.
The extendable brush, presented as an industry first
Like the BG1, the Pro carries the physically extendable side brush that goes out to scrub the edges, along walls, under shelving, into corners, wherever robotic scrubbers used to leave a strip to be redone by hand.
Combined with 3D dynamic obstacle avoidance, it lets the robot run close along the shopfronts of a mall or the pallets of a warehouse without stopping dead at every encounter.
Its territory: key accounts and complex sites
Shopping centres, warehouses and logistics platforms, industrial sites, airport and rail hubs: thousands of square metres in one continuous space, dense traffic, compressed time windows and an obligation to deliver results. It is the machine for sites where the standard BG1 meets its most demanding environments: 3D perception and continuous adaptation justify the difference there.
Within the range, the reading is simple: BG1 for large, regular floor areas; BG1 Pro when complexity (ceiling height, traffic, variable soiling) calls for superior perception.
Points to watch, and how our service covers them
The operational track record of a machine unveiled in March 2026 is measured in months: performance figures come from the manufacturer's data sheets, and longevity has yet to be documented in the field. Claims of the AI Magic Cleaning kind are consistent on paper and still to be verified in real conditions.
Our answer is structural: the machine, its maintenance and its replacement remain part of the service, 72-hour continuity is contractual, and deployment begins with a demonstration that measures actual productivity on your floors, not brochure productivity.
