What it costs

What does robotic cleaning of your floors cost?

The price depends on your site: floor area, floor types, frequency, number of buildings. Rather than a rough list price, we send you a precise, tailored estimate, quickly.

⏱ Your price by email in under 1 hour on working days

We give you the right price for your site

A good estimate is one that sizes exactly what you need, which makes it the most economical answer to your real requirement.

01

Sized around your site

Floor area, surfaces, frequency, number of buildings: we match the equipment and the service to your reality. You pay for what you need, not for an oversized standard package.

02

The best cost to result ratio

We pick the configuration that works best in your case, and that is also the cheapest over time. No bundle that makes you pay for functions you will never use.

03

Your price, fast and with no commitment

Give us the context below and a specialist sends back a precise estimate in under 1 hour on working days. Whether you take it further is entirely up to you.

What is your sector?

The questions that follow adapt to your environment, so we only ask what is relevant to you.

Your site

Rough figures are enough, we will refine them at the demonstration.

1Floor area to be cleaned
2Floor typesbased on your sector
3Main type of soilingbased on your sector

It is usually the nature of the soiling, more than the floor itself, that decides which machine suits the site.

4Cleaning frequency you want
5How many sites are you equipping?optional
6Anything unusual about your site?optional

Access constraints shape the choice of robot, and sometimes the number of robots, so it is worth telling us straight away.

What the market charges

Our own prices depend on your site and are quoted after a demonstration. But you are entitled to know what a commercial cleaning robot costs before you write to us. Here are the market orders of magnitude, collected in September 2026 from published distributor prices and price guides, excluding the docking station and installation; the sources are in our guide to the price and total cost of ownership of a cleaning robot. To work out the number and type of robots first, our fleet-sizing simulator does it in a minute, without prices.

Robot familyObserved purchase price (excl. VAT, station not included)Total cost over 5 years, per month
Compact multifunction robot (sweeps, vacuums, scrubs and dries)15,000 to 25,000 €600 to 1,100 €
Autonomous vacuum or sweeper12,000 to 20,000 €500 to 900 €
Autonomous floor scrubber, 50 to 75 cm25,000 to 50,000 €1,000 to 2,000 €
Autonomous industrial ride-on55,000 € and above2,000 € and above
Charging, water or drain station1,000 to 8,000 € depending on the modelincluded in the total cost

Total cost = purchase, station, maintenance (10 to 15 % of the price per year), consumables, battery, running costs. A robot absorbs 1 to 3 hours of floor work per day, which is 300 to 1,700 € per month of labour depending on whether you count it as employer cost or as contracted service. At Easy to Clean the robot sits inside a full-service contract, sized around your site: that is what the configurator above prices. For a conventional cleaning contract, our guide to cleaning rates per m² gives the 2026 observed prices and explains how to read a quotation expressed in hours.

Questions about cost

Because a list price would be wrong for most sites. The cost depends on the floor area, the surfaces, the frequency and the number of buildings. We would rather send you an accurate figure within an hour on working days than a misleading generic rate.
Excluding the docking station and installation, published prices observed in 2026 run from 15,000 to 25,000 € excl. VAT for a compact multifunction robot, from 25,000 to 50,000 € for an autonomous floor scrubber of 50 to 75 cm, and from 55,000 € upwards for an industrial ride-on; the station adds 1,000 to 8,000 €. On a five-year total cost, expect 600 to 2,000 € per month depending on the machine. Our total cost guide breaks down every line with its sources.
Our monthly fee covers what a purchase does not: the station, maintenance, consumables, the battery, replacement within 72 hours and, in a full-service contract, the teams that do what the robot cannot. Expressed as a complete monthly cost over five years, it sits alongside the market orders of magnitude; expressed in hours of floor work absorbed and area covered, it reads as a result. The configurator gives you your figure in under one working hour.
Mainly the area to be treated, the type of floors and soiling, the cleaning frequency, the number of sites and the contract term. The equipment is chosen to fit those, not the other way round.
No, but it counts in the sizing. Separate levels, half-landings, partitioned areas or coverings that differ sharply from one building to the next can mean deploying several robots. Worth knowing: some robots can call the lift and change floors on their own, and that is exactly the kind of point we check together so the first figure is the right one. Tell us about these particulars in the configurator.
It depends on the model you choose. With the full-service contract there is none: a single monthly fee, no deposit and no capital tied up, with maintenance, wear parts and the continuity guarantee included. With a purchase, the investment comes with a mandatory maintenance contract. In both cases, cleaning chemicals remain your own cost.
24 to 60 months depending on the configuration. That is the counterpart of a full-service contract with equipment, teams, maintenance and guarantee included, and no surprises on the invoice.
It is a precise estimate based on the context you give us. It is refined during the free on-site demonstration, which confirms the real areas and constraints before anything is signed.
