Opt-out from text and data mining by AI systems: Caeterra expressly exercises its right to opt out of any text and data mining by artificial intelligence systems, whether for commercial purposes or not, on the basis of Article L. 122-5-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code and of the European Regulation on artificial intelligence. The content of this website may not be used to train, fine-tune or feed a generative AI model without prior written agreement.
The "Easy to Clean" trade mark and the associated logo are trade marks used under licence or in the course of registration by Caeterra. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement, punishable under Articles L. 713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
