Frequently asked questions
Your questions, our answers
The service, the robots, the contract, the roll-out: everything buyers ask us before they start.

①
The service
"What exactly do you do?"
A complete robotic floor cleaning service: we supply the robots that suit your site, we train your teams, and we cover maintenance, consumables and continuity. You have no equipment to manage, and you get clean floors every day.
No. We do not sell machines: we run a service. The robot is our tool; what you buy is a guaranteed cleaning result, with all the support that goes with it.
Everything: equipment and installation, team training, consumables, preventive and corrective maintenance, a replacement robot within 72 hours if a breakdown stops the machine, software updates, a support line five days a week and reporting. One contact, one readable invoice.
Hard floors (tiles, concrete, resin, vinyl and similar) and carpet depending on the model. The right robot is chosen from the exact make-up of your floors, which we establish during the demonstration.
With a free demonstration on your own floors: our specialists measure the areas, identify the constraints and come back with a costed proposal, with no commitment.
The full-service contract suits sites that want a result without managing equipment or teams; purchase with a maintenance contract suits sites that have their own teams and long visibility; all-inclusive rental sits between the two. Our in-house or outsourced comparison and our total cost guide help you decide.
It depends on the area, the floors, the frequency and the buildings, and it is costed after a demonstration. The market orders of magnitude for a robot (600 to 2,000 € per month in total cost depending on the machine) and for conventional cleaning services (1.5 to 5 € per m² per month depending on the type of premises) are published in our guides.
②
The model & the price
"How much, and what am I signing up to?"
The price depends on your floor area, your floors and your frequency; there is no single rate. Set out your context on the What it costs page: you get a precise figure in under an hour on working days, with no commitment.
24 to 60 months depending on the configuration, with no surprise termination clause. That is the counterpart of a full service that includes the equipment, the training, the maintenance and the continuity guarantee. The exact term is set at the demonstration, according to your volume.
No. No equipment to buy, no capital tied up. The service is billed monthly: you spread the cost instead of investing in machines that depreciate.
The free demonstration is the first step and commits you to nothing. For large sites, trials in real conditions can be arranged before signature.
③
The robots
"Does it really work?"
It maps your site at commissioning (autonomous navigation using sensors and telemetry), then follows an optimised route, steering around anything unexpected in its path. More detail on the Pudu range page.
No. It detects people and obstacles in real time, slows down and then stops as it approaches, keeps safe distances and has a physical emergency stop. It is designed to work alongside the public.
Yes, depending on the model: some robots vacuum and brush short-pile carpet, others are made for hard floors only. The right model is chosen from your floors.
Some models call the lift and change floor on their own, so a single robot can cover several levels. This is one of the points we confirm at the demonstration in order to size the fleet properly.
Yes. Cycles can be scheduled at any hour, navigation is autonomous, and the robot returns to its station and resumes after charging: it runs with the building closed and no one present.
④
Your teams
"Does it replace my staff?"
No. Your team stays. The robot takes the repetitive, time-consuming part, scrubbing the large floor areas, so your operatives can concentrate on the finishing work: edges and detail areas, quality checks and front of house. The aim is to relieve the team, not to replace it.
Half a day to two days of training at commissioning. Three routines: cleaning the sensors, the brushes and the filters. No particular technical skills are needed.
Start the robot, empty and refill the tanks at the end of a cycle, check the brushes. Technical maintenance, updates and repairs are handled by Easy to Clean.

Getting started
"How is it installed?"
Allow 1 to 3 weeks: delivery of the equipment, configuration, site mapping and training for your teams. The demonstration itself takes place within 48 working hours of your request.
No. The docking station connects without major work. No access to your information systems is required: a dedicated Wi-Fi network is usually enough.
Very little. The robot maps spaces, not people (there is no facial recognition), processing complies with the GDPR, and network integration stays minimal.
It affects the sizing without being a blocker. Depending on the case we deploy a robot that can use the lift, or several robots. That is exactly what we check together, in conversation or at the demonstration.
⑥
Maintenance & continuity
"What if it breaks down?"
A 72-hour continuity guarantee. If a breakdown stops the machine, a replacement robot is delivered within 72 working hours. It is included, at no extra cost and with no interruption to the service.
Our own technicians. Preventive and corrective maintenance are fully included in the service, with no third party to coordinate.
Under a full-service contract, wear parts are included: brushes, squeegee blades, filters, with the logistics handled by our teams. Cleaning products remain your responsibility: we tell you which ones suit your floor coverings.
Yes, delivered over the air and automatically, with nothing for you to do. The robot improves throughout the contract.

For my sector
"What about my own environment?"
Constraints are not the same everywhere. Each sector page answers the questions specific to your environment: for robot safety around the public, see our IEC 63327 safety transparency barometer.
