The guide

Understanding the PUDU CC1 Pro

The CC1 Pro starts from an idea the industry took years to put into words: what is the point of sending a machine to scrub a floor if nobody checks that it is actually clean? Its answer, a first in the compact segment according to the manufacturer, is a rear-facing AI camera that inspects the floor immediately after the pass, spots what has resisted, and triggers a targeted re-clean. A robot that checks its own work.

The quality-control loop at the heart of the machine

While the brushes work under the chassis, the rear camera analyses the strip of floor emerging behind the machine. A residual stain it detects is not merely logged: the robot triggers a localised re-clean before moving on. The same intelligence monitors the condition of its own components to prevent secondary contamination, the case where a soiled brush deposits dirt instead of removing it.

At the end of a task, the system generates an effectiveness heat map: areas treated, spots that persisted, distribution of the debris encountered. For a contract managed on results, this is a change of kind: cleaning stops being a black box and becomes an auditable data stream. An honest caveat: this detection capability rests on the manufacturer's documentation, with no third-party evaluation published to date.

What the Pro adds to the CC1

Five developments define the Pro version: the rear AI camera and its re-cleaning loop; VSLAM+ navigation covering 5,000 to 8,000 m² per map without QR codes on the floor; stated conformity with IEC 63327, the safety standard for autonomous cleaning machines, still rare among compact models; adaptive intensity control that saves water on areas that are already clean; and richer operating reports with alerts.

The foundation remains the 4-in-1 of the CC1 platform: sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming including carpet, dry dust-mopping, with automatic detection of the floor type. In full-coverage mode, 700 to 1,000 m²/h; in targeted mode, the manufacturer quotes 1,500 to 3,000 m²/h for localised interventions.

Its territory: interiors where proof has value

Hotels, premium retail, head offices, healthcare facilities, passenger areas: sites of 1,000 to 8,000 m² that combine hard floors and carpet, welcome the public continuously, and where cleanliness is a contractual commitment. This is precisely the environment where time-stamped proof of the work done is worth as much as the work itself.

The approach remains collaborative: the robot does the groundwork, reports honestly what it could not resolve, and the team deals with the difficult spots. The heat map is the tool for dialogue between the facility manager, the cleaning contractor and the people on site.

Points to watch, and how our service covers them

The 15-litre tanks remain the platform's structural limit; the station that unlocks full autonomy (charging, water, tank draining, self-cleaning of the roller and squeegee) is a piece of equipment in its own right; and field experience with a model launched in 2025 is still short. Several values (brush pressure, the Pro's suction power, IP rating, gradient) are not published.

Within our service, the station and its consumables are managed as part of the contract, fleet sizing is validated at the demonstration, and the 72-hour continuity guarantee covers machine downtime. You get the benefit of the quality-control loop without having to run it.

FAQ

The questions we are asked about the CC1 Pro

What is the PUDU CC1 Pro?
The PUDU CC1 Pro is the enhanced-perception version of the CC1: the same 4-in-1 multifunction robot (sweeping, vacuuming, scrubbing, drying), with a dual processor and additional sensors for demanding environments such as sales floors, reception lobbies and high-traffic sites.
What does the CC1 Pro's advanced perception add?
Finer detection of low obstacles, glazed surfaces, people and trolleys, and more stable navigation in areas that change frequently. On a quiet site, the CC1 is enough; on a busy site, the Pro reduces stops and skipped areas.
How much floor area does the PUDU CC1 Pro cover?
A rated 700 to 1,000 m²/h in scrubbing mode, for around 5 h of runtime per charge, with a docking station that charges, fills and drains. In practice, a CC1 Pro covers 2,000 to 5,000 m² per shift depending on how cluttered the floor is, which the demonstration measures on your floors.
Can the CC1 Pro use the lift?
Yes, with the lift integration offered by the manufacturer: the robot calls the lift and changes floor on its own, which means an office building or a hotel can be covered with a single machine.
Which floors does the PUDU CC1 Pro work on?
Hard floors (tiles, resin, polished concrete, vinyl, sealed parquet) in scrubbing mode, and carpet in vacuuming mode. The mode adapts to the floor covering it detects. Very abrasive or heavily soiled floors call for a wider scrubber-dryer, such as the BG1.
How much does the PUDU CC1 Pro cost?
The price is not published. Easy to Clean offers it on an all-inclusive monthly rental (robot, docking station, maintenance, consumables, replacement within 72 h) or on purchase with a maintenance contract, with a quotation issued after a free demonstration on your floors.
