The Minuteman RoboScrub 20 is a compact ride-on autonomous floor scrubber, launched in 2019 (Hako group), for production halls, narrow warehouses and shopping centres. It scrubs a 510 mm path, carries 68 L of water and runs in dual mode, autonomous or manual, on the BrainOS platform. Rated productivity of 2,045 m²/h, around 1,900 in practice. Two structural points: the autonomous mode accepts no gradient at all and requires a mandatory Brain Corp subscription. Price and availability on request.

Floors and soiling
A compact disc scrubber for hard floors: stubborn, wet soiling in production halls, narrow warehouses and shopping centres. No carpet. Bulky debris to be swept up beforehand. The dual autonomous and manual mode gives a fallback to conventional driving.
What the manufacturer does not say
The Brain Corp subscription is mandatory for autonomy. Without it there is no robot mode: it becomes a manual ride-on. The total cost therefore includes this multi-year subscription, to be budgeted from the start.
Zero gradient and a physical barrier. The robot mode accepts no gradient at all and requires drop-offs and loading docks to be protected by a barrier: a strong eligibility criterion, of the same order as on the Tennant T7AMR and the Kärcher KIRA B 100 R.
No certification listed. IEC 63327 is not confirmed; IPX4 rating. Face blurring by BrainOS is a privacy measure, not a safety certification. Cost structure: machine plus Brain Corp subscription plus manual water handling.
Purchase or outsourced service
On purchase (capex), the total cost includes the mandatory Brain Corp subscription and the requirement to protect drop-offs with a barrier (zero gradient in robot mode), two costs that are easy to underestimate. Under an outsourced service (opex), the contractor carries the machine, the subscription and continuity, which smooths out this recurring cost.
