The Gausium PhanShop is a retail cleaning robot derived from the Gausium Phantas, to which it adds a merchandising function. The cleaning base is strictly identical to the Phantas (4-in-1, 330 mm scrubbing, 465 mm vacuuming, 11.5 L of water, 600 mm passage). It comes in three versions that differ only in their superstructure: Standard (sliding merchandise tray, no screen), Pro (tray plus 396 mm touchscreen, the tallest version) and Max (470 mm screen, no tray). It is aimed at supermarkets, large retail and shopping centres that want to combine cleaning with in-aisle display. Price and availability on request.

Choosing between the three is not about cleaning, which is identical across the range, but about the merchandising function.

In short: the Standard offers the best runtime because it carries no screen; the Pro is the only one to combine tray and screen, at the cost of 130 mm of extra height and reduced runtime; the Max goes for the largest screen but gives up the tray.

What the manufacturer does not say
The PhanShop cleans exactly like a Phantas. The 4-in-1 base is identical. The added value is the merchandising function, not cleaning performance. If you do not need the tray or the screen, the Phantas does the same job, with a lower profile and more runtime.
The media function has an operating cost. The screen adds height (up to 1,420 mm on the Pro) and reduces runtime. A cleaning robot moves slowly (0.8 m/s) and does not stop where shoppers linger: the on-board display adds visibility, it does not replace a well-placed fixed screen.
The Standard is a Phantas with a drawer. Without a screen, the Standard version differs from the Phantas mainly by its sliding tray. If physical merchandising is not the objective, the question is whether to stay with a plain Phantas.
Recent status, no client references. The PhanShop was shown at NRF 2026 and Interclean 2026: those are trade shows, not deployments. Little operating history to date. Cost structure: cleaning base plus superstructure (tray or screen) plus content management plus the Phantas consumables.
Purchase or outsourced service
On a purchase (capex), the cleaning base is that of the Phantas: you are mostly paying for the merchandising function, whose screen reduces runtime and makes the machine heavier. With distribution still to be confirmed, a direct purchase is premature; under an outsourced service (opex), that sourcing risk and continuity rest with the contractor.
