Fybots sweep XL · specifications, operator review and alternatives (2026)

The Fybots sweep XL is a French-designed autonomous industrial sweeper for warehouses, factories, logistics sites, retail and railway stations, indoors and outdoors. It claims 6 to 12 h of runtime and relies on a fy-dock station that handles both recharging and debris emptying. Worth knowing: Fybots publishes very few specifications, and the brand passed to the TAW group in 2024. Price and availability on request.

Reading by environment

Mode firstThe sweep XL does not scrub: it is a sweeper. It collects dust and dry debris; wet soiling calls for a floor scrubber alongside it.
Floor area band6 to 12 h of runtime, the longest range in this category, and a station that recharges it and empties the debris: designed for long rounds without intervention.
Footprint / aisles≈ 250 kg: large industrial volumes. Width not published, to be clarified.
Indoor and outdoorAnnounced for both: warehouses, railway stations and their surroundings.
OriginFrench design, a differentiating point. But post-acquisition uncertainty: the brand passed to TAW in 2024, and continuity and support remain to be confirmed.
DataA very partial data sheet: dimensions, width, battery and speed are not published. To be secured at quotation stage.

Floors and soiling

A dry sweeper for hard floors, indoors and outdoors: dust and dry debris on large sites. It does not scrub: wet soiling needs a floor scrubber alongside it. No carpet. This is the machine for the dry pass, to be followed by scrubbing for the wet finishing work.

What the manufacturer does not say

It is a sweeper, not a scrubber. It covers the dry pass; plan a floor scrubber for the wet work.

The French design is an asset, tempered by the acquisition. The move under TAW in 2024 creates uncertainty about continuity and support: a question to put to the supplier.

Few published specs. Runtime and dock are known, but dimensions and width are missing: to be obtained directly. Cost structure: machine plus fy-dock plus brush consumables.

Purchase or outsourced service

On a purchase (capex), the French design and the fy-dock are assets, but the TAW acquisition creates uncertainty about long-term support, and the published specs are too partial to size a deployment on your own. Under an outsourced service (opex), the contractor carries that supplier risk and continuity. See the Pudu range and the on-site demonstration, or our robotic cleaning service.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • French design, 6 to 12 h of runtime.
  • fy-dock station (charging + debris emptying).
  • Indoor and outdoor.

Limits

  • Does not scrub: covers the dry half of the requirement.
  • Very few published specs.
  • Post-acquisition uncertainty (TAW, 2024).

Alternatives

  • Against available sweepers: the Gausium Beetle and the Adlatus SR1300.
  • For scrubbing alongside it: the Kärcher KIRA B 50.

To compare it with the Pudu MT1 Max sweeper, see the Pudu MT1 Max profile. To put figures on a project: talk to us about pricing, rental versus purchase, or an on-site demonstration.
