The Gausium Scrubber 75 is a large autonomous industrial floor scrubber launched in 2019, aimed at warehouses, manufacturing sites, car parks and large retail. It scrubs a 750 mm path with high brush pressure (45 kg), carries 75 L of clean water and recycles water through multi-stage filtration (70 to 80% water saving claimed). Floors and soiling

A large disc scrubber for industrial hard floors: its core target is adherent, stubborn soiling on concrete, epoxy and tiles, thanks to the high brush pressure (45 kg). No carpet. Bulky waste needs pre-sweeping. Water recycling makes it a frugal machine despite its size.

What the manufacturer does not say

IEC 63327 does not apply to this model. The certification Gausium obtained on other machines in the range does not cover the Scrubber 75: do not assume it for use with the public present.

Gross laden weight matters more than empty weight. 400 kg empty, but 570 kg loaded: on a raised floor or a mezzanine, it is the gross laden weight that decides feasibility.

Water recycling is a genuine asset. 70 to 80% water saved, ≈ 4,000 L/month: water autonomy exceeds the tank volume, and the charging cycle becomes the limiting factor. Cost structure: machine plus docks and workstations plus consumables.

Purchase or outsourced service

On a purchase (capex), two points commit the installation: the IEC 63327 obtained elsewhere in the range does not cover this model, and it is the gross laden weight (570 kg) that decides on a mezzanine, not the empty weight.
