It is ordered with one of two heads, and that choice determines whether a site is eligible: disc (smooth floors, 0.5% gradient) or cylindrical (textured floors, 3% gradient, with debris pick-up). The Neo 2W is a single machine whose head is chosen at the time of ordering. The choice is not about finish but about site eligibility: the permissible gradient varies by a factor of 6, and only one head picks up debris.

In short: cylindrical if the site has the slightest gradient or debris to pick up while scrubbing; disc only on smooth, strictly level floors.

Floors and soiling
A warehouse scrubber for hard floors: adherent and wet soiling on concrete, epoxy, tiles, granite and resilient floors. No carpet. The cylindrical head picks up debris while scrubbing (Debris Manager); the disc head requires pre-sweeping on littered floors. The choice of head commits you on the floor type, the permissible gradient and the ability to handle debris, all at once.
What the manufacturer does not say
The choice of head is an eligibility decision, not a matter of comfort. The gradient goes from 0.5% (disc) to 3% (cylindrical): on a site with ramps, only the cylindrical head is an option. This is the most important point, and it is not presented up front.
Only one head has a published productivity figure. 3,941 m²/h for the 790 mm cylindrical head; Avidbots publishes no productivity figure for the disc version. Do not carry the figure over from one to the other.
Only the cylindrical head picks up debris. The disc version has no tray: pre-sweeping remains necessary on littered floors. Battery capacity and runtime vary with the configuration (220 to 250 Ah), to be specified at the quotation stage. Cost structure: machine + battery sets + manual water handling.
Purchase or full-service contract
On purchase (capex), this large Avidbots scrubber needs very large manoeuvring space and its eligibility depends on the site's gradient, raised here to 3% by the cylindrical head alone (against 0.5% with the disc), a configuration choice to settle before buying.
